Due to the individuality and history of our second-hand items, all sales are final. We believe in celebrating the character that each product carries, embracing the wear and uniqueness that make them special. We encourage you to carefully consider your choices and appreciate the charm of pre-owned treasures.

While we do our best to catch major flaws in the items, if there are unlisted flaws in your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We ask that you provide photos and will proceed from then. If approved, we will issue store credit only for the purchase.
